Casiconhot acts solely as an intermediary. The reservation contract is ultimately between you and the selected hotel, subject to their specific policies and terms.

2. Eligibility for Use

By using Casiconhot, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are using the platform for personal, non-commercial travel purposes.
• You will refrain from any fraudulent, exploitative, or illegal activity.

3. Booking Process & Payment

To complete a booking, you must provide accurate personal information and valid payment credentials. All transactions are processed securely through authorized third-party payment systems, using high-level encryption protocols.

Rates displayed on Casiconhot include taxes and service fees unless otherwise specified. Once a booking is confirmed, a formal confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.

Please note: Cancellations, refunds, and changes are governed by the terms of the individual hotel.
